to change.

In our main child's play area,
the design, content and language, as well as our activities, are targeted
to our audience of preschoolers under supervision of their parents. It
is our policy to create an environment here that requires minimal collection
of information from our visitors. Consequently, the child's play area of
Cubeez.com limits the collection of information from children to what is
known as non-personally identifiable information (e.g. first name).
Cubeez.com never makes children's information available to any third parties.
In our Parents area, the design,
content and language, as well as our activities, are targeted to a grown-up
audience. We do request personally identifiable information from Parents
who choose to allow their children to participate in certain features of
the website, as described below. If we were to discover that a child submitted
personally identifiable information in the Parents area (i.e. Registration),
Cubeez.com would delete the information immediately.
You should be aware that if we
are requested by the police or any regulatory or government authority investigating
suspected illegal activities to access and disclose individually identifiable
information concerning your activities whilst using our web site, we shall
do so. We also reserve the right to disclose individually identifiable
information to third parties where a complaint arises concerning your use
of our web site, and that use is deemed by us inconsistent with these conditions.
You agree that you do not object
to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone,
e-mail or in writing and you confirm that you do not and will not consider
any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights under the Telecommunications
(Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999.
